Our work together

As we work we will take the time to find out what is truly going on for you, what you need to bring forward for the changes you want, and we will do this in a very gentle and compassionate way, because you need to feel safe when doing this work. As we discover your truths, we will work on developing safe ways of expressing it with significant people in your life. As you get more clarity about your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, you automatically begin to take better care of yourself. You make clearer choices and calmer decisions.
